I had a great experience with Level Up Solar and would happily recommend them to anyone considering solar. What really stood out to me was how positive every interaction was throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They took the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions, and help troubleshoot a few issues along the way. I never felt pressured or left in the dark, which gave me a lot of confidence in their team. They also did their best to squeeze my project into their busy installation schedule so that I could get the work completed in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. Once the installation started, everything moved very efficiently. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and did a thorough cleanup afterward. My installation required two roof vents to be relocated, and the team was able to take care of that without issue. They also helped with some minor electrical work around my home, which saved me from having to arrange additional contractors. We recently had a solar panel installation completed at our home in Airdrie by Level Up Solar, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. If you’re looking for a reliable solar company in Calgary or Airdrie, these are the people to call. From start to finish, the team demonstrated outstanding honesty, fair and transparent pricing, and top-notch workmanship. A special shoutout to Tyler, Brett, and the entire team — they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They took the time to answer all our questions, kept everything clear with no surprises, and delivered exactly what they promised. One thing that really stood out to me was the electrical routing. It was very important to us that there were no exposed conduits or wires on the roof, and the team did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well-concealed. We’ve seen other installations where wiring is wrapped around gutters, and we specifically wanted to avoid that — Level Up Solar delivered a much cleaner and more professional result. The installation itself was clean, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that combines integrity, quality, and great customer service so well. I’ve just recently moved to Calgary and had solar panels installed with Level Up solar company. The team at Level Up was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!  I met with 6 solar companies and ultimately what got me to the finish line with Level Up was the customer service. To this day when I have questions, I can take comfort in sending them a note knowing that they take care of their customers even after they’ve won the contract. We see it all the time, a company wins your business and then just like that, they don’t respond like they did during the initial stages before you decided to go with them. Not at all an issue with Level Up. Their patience, knowledge, and responsiveness was very much appreciated. Tyler and Brett worked with me on the proposal and technology/information side of things and both were awesome!  When it came time for the solar panel installation, Blake and Jayme were very professional and were respectful of our space. I was very happy with both of them as well. Tyler with Level Up Solar was very knowledgable about their product as well as  his explanation of all paperwork required, and the process from start to finish. I was concerned about putting solar panels on my  metal roof and wanted to insure there would be no leaking. We went up on the roof and Brett showed me just what would be done to prevent any leaks. The Level up install crew was very helpful and friendly during the install and they were able to answer any questions I had. The electrical wiring from the roof to panel was done very neat and cleanly,  and upon completion of the install the site was left very tidy. It was so handy to have all of the permits needed for the install taken care of by Level Up. Once the job was complete and inspected all I had to do was contact my electricity provider and we were up and running.
